I prefer historical hotels but not this one as much. The entrance is located on the side, not the front and it’s very inconvenient. There’s no bellhop and you will need to lug your luggage up a flight of steep stairs, it’s ridiculous. The food is good but limited, and there’s no fine dining here, you’re basically just dining in the bar/foyer area. The breakfast is good but limited and only serves until 9:00, very strange. So, if you’re vacationing you might want to reconsider. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. There’s very limited dining in the area. This is an expensive hotel with very limited accommodations. Better suited for business and not pleasure, quick in and out.
