Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in dieser traumhaften Poolvilla und sind rundum begeistert. Die Villa war wunderschön, sehr gepflegt und bot absolute Privatsphäre – perfekt zum Entspannen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die außergewöhnliche Hundefreundlichkeit des Hotels. Unser Hund war nicht nur erlaubt, sondern wirklich willkommen. Der großzügige Hundepark war ein echtes Highlight und mit viel Liebe gestaltet. Auch kulinarisch wurden wir verwöhnt, das Essen war hervorragend, abwechslungsreich und qualitativ sehr hochwertig. Die gesamte Anlage ist beeindruckend schön, gepflegt und ruhig. Das Spa war ebenfalls erstklassig, professionell, entspannend und einfach eine Wohltat. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Absolute Empfehlung – auch für Reisende mit Hund!

Dejligt hotel som dog inden for overskuelig fremtid nok skal overveje reparationer eller en renovering da mange områder og ting er slidt. Fælles pools er skønne. Pools i villaer ludt små og burde kunne holdes rene købende. Skøn placering lige ud til vandet, lidt langt til byen. Venligt personale som dog ikke taler (eller forstår) tilstrækkeligt engelsk.

Bra hotell men börjar bli slitet. Vi var där med två barn och allt var väldigt smidigt då de låg samlat, restaurang, kids club och pool. Bra pool för barnen med olika djup. Väldigt bra frukost. Dock bedrövlig service på lunch och middagar. Vi fick vänta extremt länge på maten och det blev ofta fel på beställningarna. Det fanns tyvärr ingen strand vid boendet.

Great property nice people, beach was not useable during our stay but it seems there isn’t much beach anyway. Pools and ponds and landscaping give the property a nice upscale ambience. If you like elevated resorts with not to many rooms and individual big rooms or bungalows this is the place to be. The Breakfast is unmatched, one of the best assorted one you will find. We will definitely repeat . Thank you

Kaunis ympäristö ja kivat huvilat. Kaikki oli tosin hieman kulahtanutta vaikkakin huvila sisältä erittäin puhdas ja huonepalvelu mainio. Henkilökunta oli todella ystävällistä, mutta palvelu hidasta. Osa henkilökunnasta ei puhunut eikä ymmärtänyt englantia, mikä vaikeutti kommunikaatiota ja aiheutti viiveitä ja sekaantumisia. Vesi omassa altaassa oli kylmää ja allas täynnä kaikenlaista roskaa. Kylpylästä yritin varata muutamaankin otteeseen aikaa, mutta ketään ei ollut vastannotossa ja aikani odoteltuani lähdin pois.

The grounds are beautiful and peaceful, and all the staff are very attentive and always very polite. In some places, you can tell that the hotel is getting a little old. The sea is not directly accessible, but separated by a wall and accessible via a step. The half-board menu at the Kampu Restaurant could be more varied; during a week's stay, you pretty much try everything once. All in all, it was a wonderful stay, good value for money, and I can recommend a stay at the Mövenpick Asara.

Wonderful hotel and staff outside Hua Hin. The hotel and the garden was beautiful. Very nice breakfast. The staff was very helpful, and the fitness room was nice. Little too hard mattress for our taste, they could have cleaned the leaves outside our villa or given us a broom. Other than that, we had a splendid time.

Väldigt fint hotell och trevlig poolområde! Dock var de svårt att lyckas få en solstol att ligga på trots att hotellet knappt var halvbelagt. Vi bodde i en polcirklar och det var väldigt trevligt och fint rum. Bra städning och enkelt att få hjälp med städning av poolen och annat. Frukosten var utmärkt. Däremot maten på halfvoard var under all kritik och så även servicen generellt i just restaurangerna. Inget att rekommendera. Då hotellet låg lite of var det svårt att på ett enkelt sätt äta någon annanstans.

Very nice child-friendly hotel. Rooms are well equipped and other amenities like the gym and spa are very inviting. The hotel has two restaurants where you can eat delicious food. However, some of the waiters could improve their English to make communication easier. The same goes for the reception staff. It is important to know that the hotel is not far from the airport and many airplanes take off and land every day. The pool is large and, depending on the tide, it is also possible to swim in the sea. However, you have to walk down several steps, which are only accessible at low tide. The whole area is impressive with its many plants and spaciousness.

The property is in a lovely setting where I would say the rooms are the highlight. We had a pool villa and it was very well appointed with an indoor and outdoor shower. It was very nice. The property is large but not too large so it can still feel intimate. The front office manager, Pimchanok made our stay extra special and took care of us. The staff are all very nice and very attentive especially to servicing room requests. They are prompt and efficient. However at the dining venues there are language barriers that lead to misunderstandings. They always come through in the end as they are very focused on pleasing their guests. Thank you for a nice stay.

A beautiful hotel with two big pools, spacious rooms in a green garden setting. Very friendly staff and a good breakfast at the poolside. Unfortunately there is no beach nor swimmable water (we visited the place end of October) - the sea was brown and very smelly. A big minus was the third bed - we booked a room for 3 adults and paid extra for an additional bed, which was only suitable for a child. So it’s only recommended for a couple (plus one child).
