"I've been staying at the MPH for over 20 years. This last trip, the place felt a bit sad. There were understaffed in every way, from check-in to valet. The staff we did encounter were friendly though managing too many things at once. The first room we had was really run down, though they kindly upgraded us. Overall, we had a good stay, though the decline in service may keep me from coming back."
