This little Hotel was a pleasant surprise! It’s very conveniently located and was like a brand new hotel. The bed was very comfortable, it was a quiet location, there was adequate parking behind the hotel, access was easy. The continental breakfast had delicious coffee and absolutely no protein. I would stay there again.

The first room had natts, the tub had hair and the window did not close. The second room was a little better but it had ants and both rooms the furniture was run down and curtains had burnt marks from people smoking. The staff was nice and helpful to give us another room. When I checked out they told me if I hadn’t prepaid they would have give me a discount. Would I stay there again, probably not. I’ve always had a good experience with Red Lion that’s why I booked there.

Yes, it's an older building but they'll updated it nicely for travelers looking for a well located, clean and friendly hotel on a middle/high budget. Front desk staff were amongst the most helpful and friendliest I've found in this price range and a welcome surprise (shout out to James and James). Cleaning staff deserve recognition for the thorough job they do. Room was well-appointed, with comfortable beds, dresser, TV and work desk. Having the toilet and tub/shower in a separate bathroom with the sink off the entry hallway proved useful for everyone getting ready on time. Amenities were rated only because I didn't use all of them but the ones I did were excellent. Would highly recommend.

The room was sparse. There were long black hairs in the towels, on the floor, on the toilet. I don’t know how they could allow that to happen. Other than. that, it was ok , quiet and restaurants nearby.

I saw multiple reviews of others only having a half decent experience while staying one night so I was a little nervous about booking but me and my brother ended up staying for 4 nights for a little over $400 and everything was perfect! We didn’t eat anything from here so I can’t speak on the food but our stay was definitely comfortable! Check in is 18+ with no curfew after check in and 24/7 help desk. I’d say it was pretty close to the monorail- just 10 mins walking, and we never felt uncomfortable in the area. We’d stay out pretty late but walking back to the inn after taking public transport was fine we didn’t feel unsafe a single time. I’d highly recommend staying here the only things to keep in mind is there was no hair dryer and if ur trying to go to the downtown area just know it’s 1 hour by monorail/ 20 min ($60) Uber to get there. Which me and my brother had no problem with the hour ride but just something to keep in mind!

Stayed for one night. It was my first time and will be the last. Customer Service was great and thats about it. Towels with hair, not one or two. Some towels had hair that looked like the previous guest shaved, wiped their face and left it there for the next guest to use. Floor was super sticky. Had to wear shoes the entire time. The microwave was dirty, like it hasn't been cleaned for a while. Sheets also had hair and looked like they didnt bother to use fresh sheets for new guests. It went downhill after check in.

The room was meticulously clean. Staff were friendly and accommodating. It's weirdly always like a homecoming. Wish all the places I've traveled were so prepped and sufficiently affordable. James has been so patient with my kids and pet.
