"I have always liked this hotel. Parking lot is a little small. But you get to watch the planes take off and land at SeaTac. Kinda cool if you like that sort of thing."

"When we were there, the hotel was doing some remodeling. So that impacted our stay. Based on the operation of the hotel other than the remodeling, I would think it would be a 5-star experience under normal circumstances."

"Walking distance to Pikes Place Market but otherwise a lot of empty shops and restaurants in the area. Hotel very dated and when we arrived no valet in sight and no staff in reception at 5pm - waited almost 20mins for staff member to assist with check in. Very disappointed."
