We liked the size of the property. We did notice that the property was not the cleanist. We did document the walls and how they did seem to be on the dirtier side of things.

The property is in good condition, 3 bedrooms and a big dining room. Very comfy for family trip and stay. However it is too noisy when fights passed by luckily very few fight at night. Parking is a bit tricky on a very big slope.

Great stay, and comfortable!

Very clean, comfortable apartment my kids and I had an amazing time centrally located to all of Seattle’s hotspots. Close to grocery store. Would definitely stay there again.

This place is directly in the flight path of the airport. You hear planes flying in and taking off all day and nights. Vince was amazing as far as communication goes. However the place does need updated. The are down the street to the left is not a good area at all. However we felt safe where we were

Convenient walking distance to the light rail for transportation to the baseball game. Some aspects of the house have been remodeled but others need updating and work. Generally, the home was fine. My main issue was with the cancelation/no refund policy. I tried to work with the owner months ago but no go. If the owner was more flexible and put customer service first, i would have rated higher. It was just one of those situations where some flexibility should have been given. :(

Bella casa in un bel quartiere non lontano dal centro (25-30 min. a piedi, 10 min in macchina, 10US$ con Uber). Tre camere da letto, due bagni, soggiorno e cucina spaziosa ben attrezzata. Posto macchina disponibile.
