Property location is perfect for walking to the Pike Place Market and surrounding shopping/dining options. A great place for a night or two, would stay again, but would not choose for longer stay. **The washroom is very small, if you are plus size you may struggle with the toilet area**

The staff at the hotel were great! They were very helpful and attentive to our group of 8. They had excellent customer service. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to many attractions. There is a brunch spot right next to the hotel that was good and across the street there is a dinner place that was delicious. The building is very old so the noise travels but they do provide ear plugs. The area around the hotel is safe, however the closer you walk to Pike Street there are many drug addicts walking the streets and getting High in public, very sad to see.

Staff were helpful. Did not like the charge for an early check-in. We arrived at 2pm and were told our room was clean and ready, however were required to pay a $20 tax fee to check-in? Found this quite cheeky given the room was all ready! We travel a lot and have never been charged for an early check-in.
