「We were greeted by Cara who was absolutely lovely. Checked us in, showed us where to park etc. Great nights sleep, everything you’d need and spotlessly clean. Full cooked breakfast 10/10 ⭐️. We would highly recommend Monkton Court. 」

「What a lovely place! The room was surprisingly large with a more than spacious bathroom and both really clean. The adjoining pub/ restaurant had a really good atmosphere with a good range of beers. Staff were really nice friendly willing to help out wherever they can. I strongly recommend booking a table as from what I could see the place is very popular and you do t want to miss out on trying the food! 」

「Lovely sea view from balcony. A large comfortable and very clean, well decorated room. Car park a little tight but managed to get a space the whole stay. Only issue was seagulls on the roof. Earplugs sorted that out」

「Checked in at 5pm and ordered dinner. Service was excellent. Had a lovely Sunday roast dinner. Room is lovely, decor is very nice, great shower in bathroom. Room next to busy road but had no trouble sleeping. Very comfortable room. Breakfast was excellent. Staff are very nice. Will definitely stay here again」

「This charming traditional hotel was clean, comfortable and in an excellent location, only 3 mins walk to the seafront. Our room was spacious and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Sidmouth itself is a delightful English seaside town with plenty to see and do, eg walking options a plenty, repertory theatre, open air concerts in the seafront gardens and a variety of exhibitions. 」

「Fabulous house bang in the middle of Axminster. Lived in Axminster for 6 years and knew where this was but not realised the size of the house. Back for the weekend to see friends, etc. This is an exquisite properly. Amazing room and cosy guest lounge so you don’t have to sit on the bed in the room. Great breakfast. Will definitely return 」

「Schönes Hotel, Zimmer schon etwas älter aber in sehr gutem Zustand. Badezimmer relativ neu. Klimaanlage und kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer wären großartig - bei unserem Aufenthalt war es sehr heiß und entsprechend auch im Zimmer extrem warm. Ansonsten aber alles top - kurze Fahrzeit nach Glastonbury, ideal für Besuche.」
