「From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the reception team and the head of housekeeping. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas, creating a festive and inviting atmosphere. Our room was spotless, and the ice and ice bucket were delivered promptly. We enjoyed the vibrant ambience in the bar before heading to our dinner reservation. 「Excellent base for an overnight stay as directly opposite the train station and Union Square shopping centre for food and shops. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the hotel was spotless. Our room (230) was huge and very clean. Bathroom was nice and modern. Furniture was a bit of a,mismatch but perfectly functional. Only downside was the roasting hot radiator that wouldn't turn down. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again. 」
