「Clean, caring, cozy, welcoming and delightful with amazing and delicious 3 course breakfast served in a lovely dining room. The room are vey Victorian and adorable with every amenity. The owners and innkeepers, Cathy and Carl truly care about their guests. We loved our stay and recommend it highly!!!」

「We had a wonderful three night stay at Captain Sweetser's while in Searsport for a wedding. Lori and Ginny, the owners, were friendly and welcoming to us and to our dog. They constantly checked in to see if we needed anything, made recommendations for places to go, and made a fantastic breakfast every morning. Highly recommend!」

「Caroline, the proprietress of the Victorian by the Sea, is a delightful hostess. The inn itself is lovely and beautifully maintained, with colorful, well-tended gardens. Our beds were very comfortable and we slept very well. Breakfast was also delicious, served in a beautiful room with a view of the sea. 」

「The Inn at Primrose Hill cancelled my birthday present trip hours before we were to arrive. So unprofessional and so "Terrible" is the review since we never had the "joy" of a happy birthday celebration. Full disclosure, they did rebook us at a motel in the area, but that wasn't much of a birthday "gift". 」

「I loved the look of this property!!! The owners were super responsive, helpful, and accommodating. The lake was beautiful and so relaxing. The driveway was dirt, but it was smooth and compacted down without pot holes. I would love to return!」

「Delightful in located blocks from the ocean in Castine. Really great breakfast, bikes available to use, good wifi. There was a power outage due to a storm while I was there and while the building didn't have a generator, breakfast was still served the next morning and I noticed very little difference to the inn's normal procedures. Just a small thing, I don't think the heat in my room was on and it felt about 10 degrees colder in there than in the hallway outside. This is likely not an issue for...
