「After checking in I parked and noticed cigarette butts in front of the doorway, maybe 7-10. I got in the room and pulled the comforter back to sit on the bed and immediately noticed that the sheets had not been changed. 「Ive been drug down threw there with Expedia and I'm letting them... Problem after problem after problem and the staff doesn't know how to fix anything. The phone help hotline is terrible and slow and the online chat help center is even worse!!! But I keep TRYING to book with them....」

「When we arrived they could not find my reservation. We asked for non-smoking room, the room smelled like smoke. The floor was sticky. The toilet was wobbly. We had to walk all the way around the main building just to get ice. (Said that the back entrance was out of order.) No one came to change the trash the whole time we were there.」

「The staff had to come up and turn the TV on. The shower did not work. There were people hanging outside the place at all hours( not a good look) . We normally love staying here;however, this time was different. Thank you」

「We had joining rooms upstairs. We could not walk to the bathroom with out the desk calling our room. because the people below was was complaining about the stomping. We were in bed going to sleep lights out rooms dark and got a knock on our door. The deck clerk saying the downstairs people will not stop complaining. I opened the door all the way and showed the guy clerk we were in bed. Not stomping. I paid for my room with out being able to be comfortable. We had to tiptoe to the bathroom....
