It was a really nice quiet area. A really refreshing place to stop after a long day of driving. Staff is super nice and professional. I will definitely pick this as my next hotel.

We had a roach in the first room. The front desk was very receptive to switching rooms and gave us several options on the property but it’s hard to forget a roach on the wall. Unfortunately they couldn’t comp anything because we booked through Expedia which was very frustrating! Service was overall amazing and the best part of the stay. The breakfast was pretty awful with stale bagels, English muffins, and biscuits. The ‘pancake’ machine produced cardboard pucks. Breakfast was a double thumbs down from the kids. Would not pay this rate to stay here again.

Friendly and breakfast is yummy!
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delish!! Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. I don’t think it was cleaned during my 4 night stay. Maybe this is to be expected.

The staff was nice, our breakfast good and our room comfortable. Rating knocked down a little for an inoperable in room refrigerator and in room phone.

Wonderful hotel!!! Great price!
Absolutely wonderful. The lady that checked us in Sunday night was tremendous. Friendly, efficient. Wonderful outdoor pool, free chocolate chip cookies, a great breakfast!!! Good workout room (2 treadmills, stair stepper, weights and a bike). This hotel is absolutely great for the price. Will definitely stay again. Absolutely what my husband and I needed for a quick night away.

Not up to Holiday Inn Express standards
I'll start by saying the front desk was very personable and professional. That's about the end of the positive things to say about the hotel in general. We've stayed at multiple IHE locations before so we weren't looking for a 5 star experience. The hotel needs maintenance and perhaps a new cleaning crew chief. It started with the hallways needing to be vacuumed. It was obvious from all of the loose debris that it had been a little while since it had been done. The bath in our room has enough issues that should prevent the room from being booked. There is severe mildew around the tub. The counters hadn't been wiped very well. It appeared the previuos guest had cut themselves shaving so there was something that looked like blood on the front of the bath cabinet. The toilet tissue roll is sitting on top of the toilet tank because the holder is missing. Apparently there had been a hook on the wall in the bathroom that is missing since some of the paint has been pulled off the wall. The tub stopper was unscrewed so it isn't working properly either. There were a couple other minor things but suffice it to say we won't be staying here again.

Lauren at the front dest was amazing! We made it into town earlier than expected and she accommodated us to check in at noon. The hotel room was so clean and so spacious! We slept so well. Awesome air conditioning in the rooms. If you’re in this part of town consider staying here. It’s amazing!

The pool was gross. We first pulled out a sandwich wrapper and foam block that was inside a packing box. Then once we got in and were swimming there was a bandaid and cigarettes in the bottom of the pool. We immediately got out. We told two staff members so they could get it cleaned for future guests hopefully.
