「We paid 90 pounds for a 3 single-beded room but got a 70 ponds room. The staff said it not possible to chang the room but are willing to return our money back. The staff is friendly but somehow we still frustrated about the negotiations.」

「The only thing going for this place was the central location, near to historic sites and restaurants. The faults were many. It was advertised as a B&B, but breakfasts had ceased in June of this year. the room was shabby and claustrophobic. dust and grime were apparent throughout. the shower room was cramped and mould was apparent. The shower hose and head were caked in mould. no hot water available. the room suffered from dampness and subsequently our clothes were damp after hanging in the...
