room is a decent size and bathroom was clean and water pressure decent. just up from main shops, a few pubs and plenty of food options. esst walk to train. happily stay here again

Television doesn't work. Shower cubicle dirty. Room needs decorated. These are items a previous reviewer also highlighted so the owners obviously don't care about poor reviews.

On our 17 day trip, this was the most expensive room we had and the least value for money. A very disappointing end to our otherwise excellent trip.

VERY SHABBY CONDITION

As soon as we walked through the door we noticed the peeling wallpaper on the walls! There were lots of stains on the walls and carpets. The place needs a thorough redecoration. Im really not happy that i paid nearly £200 for a night!

cleanliness good,no hot water when we arived plus no heating and it was cold,next day limited hot water and still no heating.No means of getting anything sorted,tv picture kept breaking up remote batteries flat.Will not be making a return visit.

Reasonable

Room was lovely and cosy, clean and did the job for our two day stay. TV was a bit hit or miss. Only one small mirror in bathroom but no electric socket near the bathroom for drying or straighening hair, mirror in actual bedroom would have been very beneficial.

Ideally situated close to the centre of Berwick Upon Tweed. Excellent value for money. Compact room with small double bed, comfortable enough but a bit creaky. TV, Kettle and fridge in room aswell as a hairdryer. A few minor issues that could be improved upon are; TV is ok if you are connecting somwthing to it but the signal for the digital channels is terrible. There is no mirror next to plug sockets for styling hair etc. There are only 3 parking spaces and when we were there the first night, two large vehicles were taking up all three spaces. There is however free overnight oarking immediately across the road until 8am.

The shower was boiling, hot no capacity to add cold water so was forced to sit in the bath, dangerous maneuvering. Cold room with no heating. Futon bed uncomfortable. Utility room was dirty full of dirty dishes. I would not recommend it. Very disappointing.

Difficult to operate self check-in. Linen was clean but otherwise the room was not - filthy windows, mould in the shower. Handle inside the en suite was not fixed to the door so could not be used.

Awefull place

The room is disgusting to say the least. Toilet ŵas clean. Overall the room requires alot of TLC. Carpet stained, walls peeling, tv not functional, when i called landlord ( 2 times) informing that tv is not functional. glasses we had to wash before using, on our second night an alarm went off making the alarm noise which went on even when we left and noone came near property making enquiries about fault. Front entrance door was rotten at bottom. Ill not go on certainly NOT recommend this to anyone.
