"All staff are extremely helpful and courteous. The room was very clean and comfortable. Excellent location for the town, the bus and train station and hover craft, however the hovercraft is quite noisy if your room at the front of the building. Good food at all meals and the free cooked breakfast was a real bonus."

"We had a great start to our holiday, we hadn’t even boarded the ferry when we received a call from our accommodation to say we could check in (10.30ish) check in time was 4.00 originally .The accommodation was perfect, super clean and very comfortable, we had the heat wave so a fan would be useful. The site was in a perfect location , check in very quickly and lovely staff. We were close to a very well served convenience store, two pubs and easy distance for coastal walks . There are lots of great attractions close by , we visited many . We loved every minute and would definitely go back"

"Property was very clean and had everything that we needed. It did have two bedrooms which would be OK if you had two adults and two small kids. Not enough room for 4 adults, but it was perfect for my husband and myself. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the lady working in reception who was wonderful and very understanding when we accidentally booked the wrong date for checking out. The location was great in Seaview, walking distance to the sea with some lovely eating places within walking distance as well. There were a couple of shops in Seaview, but they did close very early. Would definitely book there again."

"Great location, pub, garden. We stayed there during the heat wave and the first night was intolerably hot and stuffy. Greene King puts devices in their windows to keep them from being opened. After we asked, the staff released the lock on one of the windows. This improved things, but it was still very stuffy. We appreciated their doing this, regardless. GK: those window inhibitors are ridiculous, and unsafe for us. What if there had been a fire? They may reduce the risk of someone climbing out (how often does that happen?), but increases the risk for guests in case of an emergency. I suggest making them optional. Overall, the hotel is recommended."
