「The manager, Heidi, was very very helpful in resolving an issue with our reservation. She made everything better, upgraded our room and was gracious throughout. The room had incredible views, high quality toiletries, and plenty of room and beautifully furnished. Free and ample parking as well. The hotel restaurant has a great menu. We had the elk and bison meatloaf and it was delicious. I highly recommend a meal at the Land's End even if you do not stay there. Best food on the Spit. Drinks...

「We like everything about this property! We travel extensively and I really believe this host offered the “little” details possible. A small candy dish, a booklet full of local information, soft towels, make up towels, nice shower heads, coffee products, etc…. We enjoyed the balcony, recliners and soft bed. Nearby float planes coming and going did make noise that could bother some, but we know those sounds are the price of adventure for others, overall this is a great place to stay!」

「My friend and I were very excited to be visiting Alaska for the first time. We were also excited to be staying at the Halcyon bed-and-breakfast as the photos looked very nice. Upon arrival, we entered the owners upstairs living room, only to find it in complete disarray, very messy and not very clean.
