「Was able to have a first floor room as requested. Perfect for getting my dog in and out. Staff, as usual, friendly and welcoming. Room just right. 」

「I asked for another room and was willing to pay and was told I was in an upgraded room. There were gapping holes in the wall in the bathroom that I stuffed with Kleenex because I was worried someone was watching me. I asked for a balcony to sit on and was given a room that was over the roof and had stacks as my view and couldn’t even fit a chair if I wanted to. Again, I was told I had an upgrade. 「Comfortable, clean and convenient. Off season pricing and fireplace were a plus. Only concern was there was only one chair in the room for two people with a king bed and no table for working on lap top etc.」
