I had booked online while we were in the car and I inadvertently booked a handicap accessible room. He pointed this out to us and asked if we needed that or would we like a different room. We didn't need accessible, so we gladly gave that room up for another. The clerk gave us info on breakfast, the hotel "store", and about any incidentals that we may need. We had an exceptional stay.
