"I have stayed here several times during the week for work. On this occasion we stayed over for a weekend to visit my work company and meet up with a few friends. The service was exceptional. I’ve stayed in many places and I usually don’t have room service unless it’s needed. The cleaning staff noticed I didn’t ask for room service, but asked me on several occasions if I wanted fresh towels or needed anything. I truly appreciated that."

"I do not like Halloween decorations. The staff had clowns hung in the entry hall. A manakin with a chain saw in its lap in the lobby. Sign saying stay out. A sign in the dining area stating there was poisons in the food. This was not inviting to me.. In every room with a bath tub,.I felt unsafe because there was not a rail to help me in the tub or an extra towel to place in the tub. The rest of my stay I felt the staff was watching themselves so it would be extra quiet as I had already was not...
