「This is one of those rare gems where every detail of the property was extraordinary! Top marks for outstanding and lovely service- we were waited on hand and foot, absolutely beautiful decor, in the most luxurious setting in the heart of Belfast. 「Amazing experience. The best spa I have done. The heavenly package was exactly that, heavenly. The breakfast, rooms, amenities and the restaurant Cultra Inn was a delightful place. 「First time staying at this hotel and we will definitely be back. We were given a room but then was contacted shortly after to say the room wasn’t up to the hotels standard and that we would get upgraded. They also gave us a drinks and breakfast voucher. The rooftop bar was lovely. We also ate in the restaurant which was nice. Staff were all very friendly. Great location. Thankyou for a great stay. 」
