「This is one of those rare gems where every detail of the property was extraordinary! Top marks for outstanding and lovely service- we were waited on hand and foot, absolutely beautiful decor, in the most luxurious setting in the heart of Belfast. 「First time staying at this hotel and we will definitely be back. We were given a room but then was contacted shortly after to say the room wasn’t up to the hotels standard and that we would get upgraded. They also gave us a drinks and breakfast voucher. The rooftop bar was lovely. We also ate in the restaurant which was nice. Staff were all very friendly. Great location. Thankyou for a great stay. 」
