"Highs: -Great Breakfast -Nice enough Pool -Spacious room with great kitchen -Surprisingly comfortable couch sleeper Lows: -Unhelpful staff... needed to leave at exactly 7:AM, front desk and dining staff would not let me in to the breakfast at 6:57 A.M. to simply grab a muffin. Told me to wait three minutes. Ride showed up, and I went hungry. -Checked in on Friday, out on Tuesday. Never saw housekeeping once. Trash was overflowing so I told the front desk... I kid you not they just handed me some trash bags. -Same with towels. Front desk was bothered when I asked for more clean towels."

"This hotel is a little dated and the furniture needs up grading. But the bathroom design, with 2 hooks for hanging towels is better than hotels costing twice as much. We had a suite and found the room very comfortable. The sleeper sofa should be replaced because of visible stains and I didn’t really want to touch it."

"This hotel is mostly contactless. The entry is vacant except for a staff member at the front. The valet was there when I arrived on Saturday evening but not the other 4 nights even though I was told I was paying for valet the entire stay. However, the hotel is beautifully decorated. The room was spacious and clean as well as comfortable. The rooftop bar is fabulous."
