「From the booking description and the photos, it looked like a hot tub was included. It was not. Infact, we would have had no option for a hot tub as 2 were damaged and the others booked. Had we realised it wasn’t included, we wouldn’t have booked. The host explained on arrival that the deal on the gas BBQ disintegrated ‘last week’ the auto ignition on the job was burnt ‘last week’ and the glass plate to cover the job and allow surface space was smashed ‘last week’ so amenities were lacking. 「Lovely room clean and tidy. Put the heating on when i arrived as room was cold but soon warmed up.comfy bed only thing to suggest is changing the stair carpet as was not in the best condition.」

「Great welcome from lovely staff... beautiful building, only criticism was the bathroom. It was large and spotlessly clean but it had a handbasin the size of a pudding bowl? and the shower was rubbish. It was a challenge to use, and the pressure was extremely poor. 」

「There was no one at the desk. Self check in via the hotel email. Room was on 2nd floor up two flights of winding stairs not easy to maneuver with luggage. Limited food at the hotel. Did have free parking. Very old building not handicap accessible. Room was a good size and comfortable. Bathroom was very small couldn’t open the door all the way. Not recommended for older people or anyone who can’t do stairs.」
