"I do stay every 2 month or so for a week at Cloud7 Lofts and I love it here. the room are spacious, its close to the city center with public transport or you could just walk everywhere. the staff has been always amazing. I never had in all these years 1 unfriendly staff. the reception guys are great, if I call or talk face2face with them, always very friendly and accomodating."

"The first room they gave me still had someone's belongings in there. I assume they gave me someone else's room. They quickly resolved this issue, and the second room was clearly not fully ready to stay in. There were boxes of screws, and the boxes for the alarm system still in the room. The kitchen didn't seem to be fully equiped, and there was no sponge, soap, dishwasher tabs or drying towel. The bedding felt cheap and cold. "When you first walk in the doors it’s striking how this place is so stuck in the 80’s, and the walkway to the other wing is just… strange. But after being here for a short while you realize how well built and cared for the property is. Spacious rooms, very clean and very friendly staff. Short distance to the train station (just 2 stops from Berliner Platz across the street to Stuttgart hbf), but because the main train station is in a perpetual state of construction leave some time to walk in between."
