"From the moment we walked into the hotel the lobby smelt like strong chemicals and right then I knew they were hiding smells. We checked in and went up to our rooms on the 3rd floor … it stunk like marijuana and I had such an ick feeling. We opened the door the our room and their was a red stain in the middle on the carpet between the beds, the tub had water sitting in it still, crumbs all over the coffee maker tray, crumbs on the floor, hair on the bedding…. We immediately went downstairs and requested a refund and left the premises! There was no way I would have felt comfortable to stay there. Avoid at all costs!! Will never return "

"Beautiful property!! I will say, they tried to charge me $300 for smoking in my room. They have a new system that senses smoke (even vape smoke!) I did NOT vape or smoke, but did use a medical device for my albuterol. They ended up refunding me, but I was Shocked! 1) feels like an invasion of privacy 2) they did not volunteer the info, I got a notification of a pending charge. "

"The pool and hot tub was nice, we were disappointed the waterpark wasn't open. Its only open Fri, Sat, Sun. Rooms were clean and the staff was nice. "

"Excellent staff and room was very clean. Parking was Limited due to one corner of lot not draining and under some water. Another parking spot and adjacent area was full of cigarette butts"

"The corner room I requested was GREAT. It was large, plenty of walking around area, sectional sofa, air worked great, spacious and very comfortable bed. The staff was super nice as well. A few small issues, there was no way to stop water from exiting the shower door so always a puddle after a shower. The toilet decided when it wanted to flush and the friggin remote to the TV, I wanted to throw it out the window. Luckily, the Hilton app has TV functions, so I just used my phone to control the TV. There is not a lot around this hotel as far as shopping or restaurants. There are some, but not many and the only one on the property is pretty sparce. It looks like the area around the hotel was once very vibrant but not anymore. On that note, room service was quick! And the food was wonderful so I just ate in my room all three nights. No complaints and tried something different each night."
