"I always stay here when visiting my mom in Schenectady and the front desk is always so helpful, patient and kind. Huge thanks to Colin for his warm reception. Manager covering during check out could use some of the hospitality training from the other staff. The room was clean but toiletries need to be freshened up as most are out but i bring my own so had it wasnt a dire need. Rooms are clean, bed pillows should be changed, pretty small and flat for a king size bed. Overall a good stay."

"We had a great stay at the Holiday Inn. We had two rooms for our family of seven, and both were clean, comfortable, and in good condition. The location was very convenient, and we were pleased with the friendly staff. We especially appreciated the generous breakfast spread and the ample parking available. While the property is older, it's clearly well-maintained and comfortable. We would recommend it for anyone looking for a well-kept and friendly place to stay."
