「Staff quickly solved the problem with the soap dispenser. No matter how hard we pressed no soap came out. This was because a hidden lid had not been taken off. Another small matter was that the coffee capsule didn't fit the coffee machine. Also addressed by the staff although we had be without our first coffee after waking up.」
