"The room was lovely and clean, the staff were very helpful and the beds were really comfortable. Breakfast was a bit confusing spread over two rooms and long queues but plentiful food and a good choice. The one thing we did miss were decent glasses in the rooms, only flimsy paper cups. Having stayed at another hotel in this chain which had two different types we found this disappointing."
