Really nice hotel - staff were friendly and helpful - the rooms big and clean - facilities fantastic - worth staying for the sommer card which provides access to various activities - we just found the bed a little too firm for us

Always the very best service - the staff make you feel like home! The front desk manager, Robert, has been making me feel welcome since my first trip there in 2022. My wife loves the fragrance of the hotel. Thanks Falkensteiner!
