"Check in was amazing. We were checked in and had our keys within 1 minute of arrival. Parking lot was a disaster. There was nowhere to park. Front desk clerk had pre-keyed our rooms. I wish that every hotel took it upon themselves to do this later in the day. The lobby area looked as if the garbage companies had been on strike for a month. Trash everywhere. One of the 2 elevators was out. The "working" one was on its last legs. Took WAY too long to get from the lobby to our floor. The room was very dated and worn down. Time for a refurb. "

Shower head was leaking and wouldn't stay upright, toilet would run and we would have to fix it, the tv didn't work, and the air conditioner made a loud rattle when the heat was running. "
