"The hotel staff was overwhelmed with high occupancy, they did not clean our room until 6:30 pm. We were assigned a double room but requested a king type room. Did not receive any of the benefits we were promised "

The room had some mildew in the bathroom and the tub did not drain completely because it is not on an incline towards the drain. The rest of the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The cleaning staff refreshed our room each day, and that was appreciated. The pool is bigger than I expected but all of the lounge chairs were ripped. "
