「Hotel constantly tries to upsell - get spammed with emails before arrival about add ons. Was told at reception on arrival at 1.30pm that the room was ready, but hotel policy was that I couldn’t be given the key until 3pm. Asked for luggage storage and was directed to take my suitcase down a flight of stairs and then had to pay a further fee for luggage storage. Unfriendly staff - there are better options around, so don’t bother here.」

「Stunning BnB in the coolest neighborhood in Brussels. Alex, the host, was so kind and made us feel welcome with the gorgeous breakfast every morning and visits with his little dog, Luna. My family of four was perfectly cozy in room 4 which is huge with two very comfy beds. I loved the vibe here and would def stay again 💘💘💘」

「I had a very pleasant stay of six nights here. The room newly renovated and had all the necessities of a longer stay including a fully equipped kitchenette. The highlight for me was the rain shower with good volume and hot water. The bed mattress was a bit thin and low.The receptionist was very helpful and pleasant. Overall good experience and close to metro. 」
