"Clean! Rooms are small but to be expected! Train station is right across the road!"

"The hotel itself is great. The breakfast was good. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is right at the Train station and seems unsafe at night. There is nothing to do around the hotel, choices of restaurants are limited. There are a few fast food and sandwich shops in the train station as well as a supermarket. Getting to the airport is very easy using the Train and very inexpensive compared to taxi."

"Beautiful hotel but our room was like a sauna…very hot. I was told that the central air-conditioning goes on according to the temperature outside, and therefore, since it was cold, the heat was on in the room I was given a fan and also was given a credit. Fire doors were outside my room and they were constantly making noise. Bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. Bathroom very very small. "

"We had a wonderful stay at OPO Hotel in Brussels from April 21 to April 23. The room was excellent, very clean, and well-maintained. The beds were extremely comfortable, which made our stay even more relaxing after long days exploring the city. The location is the most important thing, as it is located in the middle of a busy area; however, the room was very quiet, and I could not hear anything outside. The front desk staff were outstanding — very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. They provided us with great guidance on places to visit, restaurants, and local attractions, which made our trip much easier and more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located hotel with excellent customer service in Brussels!"
