"Fabulous Hotel with great employees. The gentleman who checked us in gave us a lot of info about Vienna public transport including maps etc. Very rare these days when checking into hotels. Beds were so comfortable! This was our 5th hotel on this trip & we had the best sleep! Breakfast was good with a nice variety & fabulous fresh fruit salad. We ate at the small bistro one night & food was good. Small menu but good for a light meal. It was lovely to sit outside with no-one else around smoking (one of my pet peeves in European Cities is that people can smoke where you eat) Can highly recommend The Harmione!"

"This hotel has a great location. Nina in the bar area was exceptional. She was friendly, so helpful, attentive, a true delight! This hotel really is a bar with a hotel attached. The bar is photogenic, a wonderful place to relax and have conversations. The staff in the bar were hit and miss. Some incredible, others subdued. There is no front desk. It is self check in. I checked in on line, but I had to input all my information again at computers in the lobby. The bar staff have to help guests with check in, so sometimes bar service is slow. It is not their fault. The room amenities are very limited. Overall, I loved the bar area and convenient location. I would stay here again."

"Lovely hotel! Clean, well decorated with a cool vibe retro vibe. Liked the cafe downstairs and chill out area around the lobby. Everything was modern and the staff were friendly. Room for improvement on the room amenities though as there was no fridge so you couldn’t keep drinks cool in the room. Or a kettle in the rock would also be nice. But as this is described as a ‘hostel hotel’ perhaps lakc of the items are on purpose. Otherwise I would stay again at the hotel and would recommend. Close by to the metro station so easy to get into the city"

"Hotel Stefanie was our Vienna home for our seven day stay, and we couldn't have been more satisfied with the location, comfort, and cleanliness of the hotel and the helpfulness of every member of the personnel. The front desk staff were patient and knowledgeable and always made good recommendations for our excursions. The restaurant and housekeeping staff were kind and courteous. It was a pleasure to enjoy the amenities and overall beauty and elegance of the property before and after exploring the city; and the breakfast, in particular, was something we looked so forward to every morning. The attention to detail was top-notch, and we'll never forget our holiday in Vienna, thanks in part to the hospitality offered at Hotel Stefanie."
