"Stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Chicago Schaumburg/Woodfield Mall, booked through Expedia. The hotel was great — clean, comfortable, and an enjoyable stay overall. One piece of feedback on the booking process: when reserving, it wasn't clear whether breakfast was included with our rate. We assumed it was, but found out at the hotel that it wasn't. It would help future travelers if the rate options clearly showed whether breakfast is included, and offered it as an add-on where available. A small thing, but it would make planning easier and avoid surprises at check-in."

"I booked online after a flight cancellation. The desk staff was kind and polite however the first room said it all. Bed wasn’t made, dirty sheets balled up on the bed. She gave a new room. Bed made however the bedside table was peppered with stickiness, there was a strange wrapper on the made bed, the floor was clearly not mopped or even swept. I pulled back the blanket and sheet and it was clearly that the sheets had not been changed, just the bed made. There was a wet spot on the blankets as well. I went back to the desk to hopefully get a clean room and no one was there. I waited and looked around for at least 15 minutes before using the phone in the entrance. No one came to answer the phone, mind you it was 2am… I let it ring and could hear it at the desk for 20min. Also the key swipe didn’t work and I was locked out. I left and had to walk to another hotel."

"The first room was dirty, linen had stains and mattresses were disgusting with stains on it. The second room was equally disgusting the bathroom smelled over urine. And the mattresses had remnant of bedbugs around the head if the mattress and the second bed had"
