"Excellent location, room is a little bit small but the breakfast is excellent "
SpringHill Suites by Marriott Chicago Schaumburg/Woodfield
10/10 Excellent
"Property was wonderful. Stayed for 4 nights. Breakfast had a nice variety and varied daily. Coffee is very good. Also had lemonade and lemon water available during the day for a quick refreshment. Front desk staff helpful and informative. Pool is a little cool but that’s pretty standard. Pool is also on the small side. It definitely served our purpose, but noting to be up honest on review. We were visiting family so I added hotel to favorites list and will stay here again. "
"I absolutely love this hotel and keep coming back again and again! ❤️
I want to say a huge thank you to the entire team — you are truly amazing! The atmosphere here is so special because every staff member is genuinely kind, attentive, and caring.
A special shoutout to the lovely woman in the kitchen who makes the omelets — not only are the breakfasts delicious, but you can feel how much she truly loves children. It’s so touching and heartwarming to see that kind of kindness early in the morning.
The receptionists are absolute stars! Always ready to help, explain things, assist with anything, and they do it all with a smile and such a warm, positive attitude.
The man who takes care of the laundry and garbage is also incredibly polite and pleasant — you can see how much pride he takes in his work, and that deserves so much respect.
And of course, the amazing housekeeping ladies who take care of the rooms and keep the entire hotel spotless — you are incredible!
I feel so much warmth, comfort, and genuine care here. Thank you for that!
I love this hotel with all my heart and will definitely keep coming back. "
