"We arrived to the hotel after a 14 hour work day and could not get in. This is a terrible way to run a hotel, there’s no one to call or any way to gain access to the rooms after a certain which is NOT MENTIONED WHEN YOU BOOK."

The temperature was set at 19C and it was not accessible to change (no remote or thermostat that was indicated in the notes provided prior to check in). "The pull out couch bed was very uncomfortable we had a 2 year old and ware not able to sleep for 2 night stay ( we checked in late so we requested a late check out but was declined no happy with the stay !"

"Our apartment was nicely updated and clean except for the duvet cover that wasn't cleaned before our stay. You could tell because there was a blood stain on it. The mattress needs to be changed as it was very uncomfortable. There was supposed to be a sofa bed but was more of a day bed with a child size pull out bed under the couch so was falsely advertised. Very close to blue mountain so that was nice. "
