Stayed here on a solo visit whilst visiting Scarborough open air Theatre, the room was lovey and great value , the bed was so comfy I slept till 9am . This was a lovely stay & would stay here again . Thank you
Very smart interior. All amenities their. wi.fi. Fan in room very welcome. Easy to get to north beach or to walk to town or south beach. Very informative member of staff greeted us. Everything very clean.
Amy the host was first class and even upgraded my room after she had found out i had a bad day with my car breaking down and she also waited for me well after the time i was supposed to check in. Great room, great location and top customer service. Would definitely recommend

2 night stay
Great location. we were 5 minutes walk from the open air theatre for a concert.
Nice spacious room. comfy bed. Friendly welcome
We loved it here, room had a gorgeous view and the family room wa spacious. Bunk bed was a bit creakky (but our kids were probably too big for them really.) Fab locations for the northbay side where there is lots to do. Breakfast was AMAZING!
I enjoyed most of my time here but was very disappointed to find out that my toilet and shower was down the other end of the corridor. It was private and clean but when you wake up in middle of the night needing the loo it is not convienient to have to get fully dressed before using the facilities.
I thought I was in a room with ensuite facilities so this was a big downer on an otherwise fantastic hotel

Decent enough place to stay. Showing it's age in places but overall clean and tidy. Staff were friendly. Easy to check in, and I set off early the following morning - leaving the keys in the box in the hallway. Very convenient for the town centre and seafront if you don't mind a few minutes walk. Variety of restaurants nearby, even before you reach the town centre.

Check in and parking was easy. The property was very clean. The old sash window rattled when open so I had to shut it which made the room warm.
We had a great overnight stay. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and very clean, with a fantastic view over the North Bay. It is in a very handy position for both bays and also Peasholm park or the Open Air Theatre. It’s only a short walk to the town centre and station.
Handy parking outside and a very easy check in process. We will certainly book again next time we come to Scarborough.
We saw a wonderful sunrise from the bedroom window and got some great pics😊
Was stayibg at hotel for a JLS consert. Hotel was lovely and clean. Was in room 8. Only thing wifi didnt work very well. Think it needs a booster added to get to top floors
Everything was amazing, the breakfast was beautiful and there wasnt a brand of tea and coffee not available.
The lady in charge was so so kind, there was a mix up with our reservation (my fault) however she was so understanding and our stay went ahead.
Plenty of outdorr seating area front and back, all clean and tidy.
Inside was spotless, cosy and welcoming.
Ill definitely be coming back, it was away from the hustle and bustle but a glorious view of the sea.
10/10.
Room was at the top of the hotel, up lots of very narrow stairs, very basic room which felt more like a spare room, hotel is definitely not a 4 star, struggle to be a 2
Room was very dated and small things werent right, the bedside light fitting was ver loose, the ceiling had decor missing, the wallpaper is like something out of the eighties, the room was tiny, cold and very unwelcoming, the only thing this hotel provided above a 2 star was the toilet roll.
Even the water cups were white plastic vending machine type.
We wont be going back
I understand that you get what you pay for but we were still very much overcharged. The only positive was the young lady that welcomed us, she was very polite and cheery.
