"Overall the hotel was inviting with great staff but many things were missing in rooms or things were not kept up well. We switched rooms three times due to a fridge that wasn't working, a terrible smell in a room from repairs and our third refrigerator leaked on the floor. The key cards did not work consistently which was frustrating to have to use multiple times or go back down to the front desk to have them reset."

"The staff were very helpful. The room we were initially given had a few issues like a strange smell and a couple of dirty places that were missed and they quickly helped us get a new room that was clean and very pleasant to stay in. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating, I would most definitely recommend them as a place to stay for affordable good quality rooms."
