"This hotel is located in the middle of all the action. It is a two minute walk from the airport limousine bus drop-off. It is also about a 5 to 10 minute walk from the train station. The breakfast buffet was delicious and definitely worth adding it to to your room rental. The only negative thing I can say is that the mattress was extremely firm. It was the equivalent of sleeping on a carpeted floor."
"Don’t book the deluxe, they are quite small and all face the railway. Just book the Premier suites the price gap is not a lot and the difference for the room is significant: city view (amazing) larger room and real bathroom."
"This was a wonderful hotel to stay in. We spent most of the day exploring Tokyo, but the hotel & are room were so welcoming and comfortable to come home to after a long day. My family of 4 (2 adults & 2 teenagers) stayed in a Studio overlooking the park. I was worried about the space, but it was perfect for us. There was a king bed for the adults and they used an extender by the windows to create 2 more beds. My boys are 5’9” and were able to stretch out comfortable. The toilet area was separate from the shower/tub/sinks which was convenient for us also. Train stations were very close and the area is quiet. The hotel is clean and quiet. The staff and very friendly & helpful. We didn’t want to leave. Thank you, Hyatt Regency Tokyo!"
"Loved the location and comfort, although mattresses shifted on the bed. Coffee station could have opened earlier. Also, although we were gone during most of the day each day, our room was not tended by the time we returned in the late afternoon. The staff did drop off towels and robes. Great storage for our things, outstanding bathing amenities. Did not use laundry. Restaurant was very good."
"The rooms were a bit smaller than I anticipated but I think thats just a Japan thing, otherwise it was great. Felt really safe there, it was a good location, lots of eating options within the hotel, family mart on site 24/7, super clean. Would stay again."
"Welcomed when first entering the hotel, the staff were extremely helpful. The room was perfect, exactly what I paid for. Clean, air conditioning and size. Housekeepers were friendly and helpful. Kindly looked after my luggage when I checked out."
