"First thing is that this hotel has 2 separate buildings. So choose the first one near the train station as this has the reception. Made the mistake of going to the second one…which was quite confusing and hilarious at the same time… Food: breakfast is roughly cold cuts of meat and very few hot choices which is a letdown. I think this is more of a German thing. Staff: needs to smile more and be more accommodating. I have only at least two staff at the reception who smiled and welcomed me the rest are miserable at reception! Room: generally new and clean. They will only clean it when you request it to be cleaned otherwise it’s more of the environmental impact that they preach. Will I come back? Probably."

"One room was nice. The other room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. We requested a taxi for 4:15 am. The desk clerk said he would arrange it. The taxi never came and the nighttime contact numbers were recordings. We were luckily able to catch a bus to the airport. "

"The location is so very central, so close to all the museums, shopping and restaurants. Realistic to explore by foot or with public transport. The kitchen is fabulous and well stocked. The bed was comfortable with fluffy pillows. Wonderful experience. "
