Cons- WiFi did not work the entire stay. Staff could not fix and nothing really was done to compensate for this issue. Elevator was down for most part of the stay. 5 floor hotel with plenty of steps. They responded and were able to get us our hotel room, Schneewittchen, as soon as we arrived! They were excellent! They changed our vacation to a positive one and the property and people were wonderful!"
