「The service was amazing - all the staff are so friendly. The hotel is also extremely beautiful with very modern rooms and comfy beds. 」

「Never again. It stated on our reservation, daily housekeeping. When we asked about new towels and cleaning our room, they were horrified. So the room never got cleaned and we had to use the same towels the whole time there. I might add, if you want a good night sleep then this place isn’t for you. The loud music next door every night is atrocious.」

「Not in a very convenient location, but besides that it's a great hotel, and the staff were very friendly! It also has a restaurant in the hotel so while there's not many restaurants nearby, at least you can order food at the hotel. Also the room and hotel were just absolutely beautiful! Kintamani was amazing as well」

「房間水杯一隻都沒有，洗手盆位置很不清潔，床鋪成托力消失令人腰酸背痛。那「泳池」只是足以孩童嬉水吧了！最奇妙的是第二天的早餐那toast竟然是辣的，真是要命！第三天早餐時那「木口木面」的男員工竟然給我一杯有練奶及一杯沒有練奶的㗎啡給我還辯駁那原是我的order,態度真是惡劣！最可笑的是那年長看來是老闆的長者竟然在昨天我check out時問我付了房間費用未？！真是真是「烏龍」百出。」

「This was our 4th stay in Sebatu; previously at an adjacent but now closed property. We chose Uma Kelod due to it's location, solid and modern appearance and great value tariff. The room was adequate, clean and well maintained. It had only basic facilities - a jug with basic coffee and tea, a regular TV, adequate AC (but no fans), and a small bar fridge. 「Great view on Batur Lake. Good clean rooms in silent place. Normal breakfasts but still simple. The parking place is a little bit outside and need to go on staircases quiet long. Better not to go on big bike till the end (Nmax) because it's really hard to turn back and need to go with reverse way on breaks for long time). 」
