「The worst hotel experience I have ever had we left to a hostel down the road, it’s cheap for a reason don’t stay」

「I didnt like the bed bugs, or how the owner, rather than dealing with them and refunding, instead claimed i was lying, then that i brought them (this was my first hotel after coming from my home) refused to refund and made me crawl through hoops with expedia to resolve. Thankfully i had kept my luggage closed the first night, and was able to heat treat it upon booking to another hotel in the area after checking out immediately...」

「Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und geräumig und liegt Zentral. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir sind rundherum zufrieden.」

「Excellent location - could fault it and quiet with the windows closed even though there were restaurants nearby. Good modern bathroom and just enough in the kitchen for minimal eating in. Would have appreciated salt/pepper and perhaps oil. Would recommend.」

「It was great. Elisabeth was very helpful and let us check in early as we arrived early in the day. The location was great - it was just off from the Piazza and was close to lots of restaurants, bars and a taxi rank. I would stay again - the aircon was also a blessing!」
