「Excellent customer service, the reception staff were very friendly and professional. The room was was a good size and the bed was comfortable. There was a kettle with coffee in the room but there was additional coffee available free in the reception area along with a water dispenser that did not only cold water but fizzy water too. The pool was excellent with plenty of sun beds available. Additional towels were provided by reception with no extra charge. There was a large car park outside. We...

「The hotel is very close to the submarine pens in Saint Nazaire, which was part of the reason I visited the area. The staff in the hotel, that I interacted with, were all very polite, helpful, courteous and professional. The hotel was being used by quite a few marine engineers whilst I was there as the massive docks that Saint Nazaire is famous for are a short distance away, I had quite a few funny interactions with them so thoroughly enjoyed the fact they were there. The room I stayed in was...
