The hotel was very nice. The room was clean and met all our needs. Breakfast was good with a wide assortment of options. If going to see the sub pens this is the place to stay.

Probably the best hotel in saint-Nazaire. Has an own (slightly narrow) parking garage, as well as a big parking space outside the hotel. Very central location.

Excellent stay

Convenient and comfortable with friendly staff. There was a good fridge in the room and we enjoyed the relaxed buffet breakfast. Lovely pillows! Close to restaurants and the cinema.

Very good check in. Parking 9€ for day well worth it because garage is accessible to hotel and room so in bad weather no problem. Very good breakfast. Excellent location close to bars and restaurants Very helpful staff very happy customer

Outstanding service in a great location.

A great hotel in a super location close to lots of super restaurants and also the beach front and centre. The staff were outstanding... both at check-in and at check-out, they could not be more helpful and had amazing recommendations of places to eat and also helped with parking (we had two motorbikes) and talked us though our room... the room was super clean and very comfortable. I know Holiday Inn is a chain and you don't expect much but I had better service here than I have had in some very fancy 5-star hotels... can't recommend enough! Thanks or a great stay.

I had a large room with a very comfortable bed but I didn't manage to find easily the lift when I left my bedroom because there are many rooms and corridors.in this big place. The breakfast included in the rate is nice with various choices. The staff is rather friendly and attentive. I appreciated the situation of the hotel not far from the beach, in the area to see the famous bridge and close to the places to visit. But this big modern building lacked of lovely and original decoration.

Unsafe and alert

The area is unsafe and homeless people and their dogs are hanging out around the hotel. I did not feel safe. Further, the sound from outside (homesless peolple partying and dogs barging) were clearly heard inside. The staff was kind to provide my with another room away from the street. Still the walls between the rooms are thin and if I had understood the language spoken in the next room, I would have understod the conversation.

Fantastic location, 7 minute walk from the beach and that was after the brilliant check in by Maria. We arrived slightly but the rooms were ready so we were allowed to check in. Maria gave my son a spy themed colouring activity pack, which he loved! She was kind, genuine and helpful. She showed us different tourist attractions on the map and even offered to make a restaurant reservation for us if we needed it. Breakfast was excellent too. Lots of choice and my son loved the Nutella on offer too! Overall, a great stay!

Accueil sympa et service ok (malgré un problème de réception du paiement côté hôtel et la demande étrange de numéro de CB par téléphone + 5 jours pour confirmer la réception du paiement) MAIS : - Chauffage impossible un 27/09 assez frais (cassé ou non déclenché à cette date) > Nous avons eu froid - Chambre bruyante malgré le double vitrage (sans doute dû à l’aération au dessus de la fenêtre) > On entend les gens marcher et parler à l’extérieur, et il y a du passage jusqu’à tard à cause de la proximité du cinéma - Fuite dans les toilettes > De l’eau au sol à droite de la cuvette - Débit de la douche très faible (en tout cas pour l’eau chaude) Pas cher et service ok donc, mais confort à revoir malheureusement
