Personnel poli néanmoins. - très compliqué pour se garer, peu de places, rues étroites - problème d'humidité, car vous etes au rez de chaussée - aucune lumière directe dans le logement - peu de matériel pour cuisiner si vous faites autre chose qu'un plat de pates ou un oeuf au plat.
