The room was not clean. We did not take a shower because the shower enclosure and especially the door was not clean. On the window, half of it must have lost the vacuum in the pane. It's been like that for a long time because you could not see through it. Poor maintenance!!!. The worst was a trash can outside the at 9 pm. In the morning at 8 am, there was more on the ground. That was disgusting and no one did anything about this. This is the entrance for godsake, doesn't anyone look outside. There was trash on the hotel property that should be picked up.

I am a travel nurse in Savannah, Georgia and stay here weekly. It is in a very convenient location and the room is always super tidy. Most importantly it is quiet. It is a modest hotel but you can not beat the price. Besides one comes to Savannah, a hidden gem in the low country to explore, not to stay in a hotel room. The staff are excellent and it is a dog friendly hotel. It is located directly off of I95 which is convenient for those just needing a good night's sleep. Cynthia , RN, BSN, MM, BA, world traveler

I am so used to staying at Sleep Inns that are pretty nice. This one had no indoor pool, no hot breakfast, the AC barely worked, we were given only one bath towel each and one washcloth for a two night stay. The drink machine took our money several times. there was also only a shower and no bath tub. The showerhead was so small and the water pressure was weak so you really couldn’t take a really nice shower. Plus the toilet tissue had the consistency of rough paper towels. The floor was sticky as well.The front desk people were never there so if you needed anything, you were out of luck. But we had a great time as a whole in Savannah for St Patty’s Day because we rarely stayed in the room. I was very disappointed because normally Sleep Inns are pretty nice.

I was promised a refund of my second night as the hotel had many many issues and false claims on their website. We had multiple issues while we stayed there, including our key, not working and being locked out of our room with no one at the front desk to help us. There was also no breakfast while we stayed there. After we left, we were denied the refund.

I stay this hotel before that's o.k. Last time, that's why we are coming back,but this time the room was very dirty,there is a large dirty stain in the bed sheets,and the microwave was very dirty inside ( sauce stains left there I don't know how long ago ,we ask to change room but the other room no better than this, I call the front desk guy come to cleaned the microwave so we can heated up our food, there is also. O hot water either , therefore we can't take a shower. There is 31degree in January in Savannah. No wonder there is only 3 cars in the parking

So many things. I didn’t expect 5 star but really not this. Main thing, the breakfast was awful!!! All the food was stale. The instant oatmeal hard as a rock. The jelly was gummy. And there was a lack of options. No protein offered except for a couple Activa yogurts. The waffle mix too was old. It wouldn’t rise when cooked. For the 4 breakfasts there were no napkins available. When asked the one and only employee we saw the entire time gave us tissues. I realize it is slow season but that is no reason for outdated food. Lastly our room was never cleaned. We had to ask at the desk for more toilet paper.

They got us in at a last minute reservation, the bed was nice and floors clean. Unfortunately the breakfast left much to be desired coffee was empty and just not much options. The shower we didnt use as the door was very dirty so we opted to skip it. There is a mini fridge which is nice and the TV worked great
