What I did not like is that our Room, Room 114, was NEVER Cleaned. Even after we spoke with their cleaning crew. My husband had to take our used towels and trash cans to the Front Desk to get clean towels and trash bags. When checking out, we were told that we should have contacted the Cleaning Crew Manager/Front Desk. But we did speak directly with the Cleaning Crew members. We were with our Family, and returned to the hotel late each evening we were there. This is how we missed the Cleaning Crew Manager.
