Staff were very friendly. Overall, hotel appearance is tired. Waited 10mn for warm water in shower, then it would go cold. Never had hot shower water.

Spark by Hilton Savannah Midtown
Overall, the hotel is very old and run down. Old ACs in the rooms make for a very loud experience. Showers are the same. We didn't like it at all and won't be back.

Hyatt Regency Savannah
The hotel location is great. We had a balcony room which had a killer view. While the staff was great and I did appreciate things like storing luggage after checkout so we could explore downtown, the hotel could definitely use some improvements. Maybe it was just age with some things and the hotel ...

The Desoto Savannah
Went there for pool and pull was closed. The pool area was not nice. Paid for balcony room and couldn't go on balcony. No chairs etc. Some of the staff was excellent others were not friendly at all.
