「Loved the private pool and the quietness that it offered. Did not find the beach access, but that was in with me.」

「Private , convenient」

「Good food clean property and pleasant ppl」

「I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt」

「Good place to stay, restaurants and supermarkets around, not far from the downtown, people are nice.」

「Went here on a girls trip. The beach was beautiful and we spent most of our time enjoying the view and cooling off in the clear water. The chairs at both the beach and pool were very comfortable. Staff were attentive and friendly. The rooms were clean and the property was well cared for. Really enjoyed our stay!」

「I requested months in advance for a ground floor room because of my elderly mother coming with me. Since that request, she has broken her hip and has been recovering. We were put in a 3rd floor room (no elevators, all stairs) and told no other ground floor rooms were available. Although I didn't receive a confirmation for a ground floor room months ago, just told that my request was noted in my reservation by the resort, the staff said that the room I booked was 2nd or 3rd floor only. The...

「I would like to compliment the staff at the Holiday Inn Resort Aruba – Beach Resort & Casino on my stay. Overall, I enjoyed my experience and appreciated the resort’s atmosphere and accommodations. I would, however, like to offer two suggestions for improvement. First, I believe all staff members should make an effort to greet guests with a smile and a friendly acknowledgment, regardless of their position or location within the resort. A simple smile and greeting go a long way in making guests...

「The hotel was incredibly clean, and the staff was absolutely wonderful- so friendly and helpful throughout our entire visit. On top of that, the breakfast was amazing with a fantastic selection. Highly recommend it」

「As always, very friendly staff. Clean room daily & close to the beach.」

「Clean and tidy room」

「Great」

「Aruba has Vegas-style luxury hotels on the beach, but this was the loveliest spot we've seen on the island. Your key to the gated property gives access not only to fine accommodations but also to an art collection set in a tropical garden with a perfect pool. The management greets you with a bottle of wine. Our room, one of 11, opened onto the garden and had its own porch. In the morning our french doors opened onto a table set for breakfast. When I spilled coffee on my clothes, one of the...

「I had to put everything a five star because it really was. I didn’t had any negative experience at all. The host was very friendly/polite and informative concerning where to go and eat, the accommodation was clean and utilities were functional, the property and neighborhood were safe. I mean, those are the things that mattered to me.」
